Fish Fetish is a place to be for those who are tired of reality and tastes in an ordinary format. Morning and afternoon is a trendy meeting place. Towards evening, the atmosphere takes on a different shade – more daring, sonorous, but at the same time mysterious. 

The mystery lives here not only in the inner surroundings of the restaurant, but also in its details. The focus is on the island, embodying the seashell, the pearl of which is the chef. The shape of the sofa resembles a scuba diver’s balloon, and crab chairs are located around the island. The restaurant’s interior was created by one of the most creative Petersburg design bureaus DA Bureau (Birch, Cococo bistro, Bio my Bio). Tactility is a key aspect of the philosophy of the place and is felt not only in the visual, but also in the gastronomic component of the restaurant. 

Fetish is redefining the fish kingdom under the guidance of its new concept chief. The restaurant’s kitchen was headed by the famous Moscow chef Anton Kovalkov. Previously, he trained at major Michelin-starred restaurants in the world: NOMA, Eleven Madison Park and Corton, and worked at Fahrenheit and Beluga restaurants. 

In Fetish, gastronomic expectations are divided into four full-fledged directions, which the restaurant’s chef combines into one concept – fish fusion inspired by world’s cuisine. There is no food usual for a seafood restaurant: dishes with salmon or classic tartars. But to try lard from tuna or carpaccio from monkfish – very even. Various types of fish are prepared in the kitchen: both the usual Russian and premium Japanese, using every part of it in the work: cheeks, abdomen and even fish Tibon (3800 rubles). Fans of junk food will delight themselves with new gastro-horizons: katsu-sando with tuna belly and lightly salted cucumber (1,790 rubles), hot dog with shrimp (1,500 rubles) or stir-fry with sterlet (1,300 rubles).
